Notice is hereby given that the Starkville Main Street Association will receive sealed bids for a Street Light Poles & Fixtures (Material Only) for Main Street Corridor Improvements in Starkville, Mississippi.
Bids shall be submitted online at www.atwellandgentprojects.com by 2:00 P.M. local time on October 29, 2024, at which time they will be opened publicly, read aloud, and taken under advisement by the Starkville Main Street Association.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract documents may be obtained online at www.atwellandgentprojects.com .
SUBMITTAL OF SEALED PROPOSAL: Each proposal must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all proposals.
SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the information and forms as required. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void.
No bid shall be withdrawn after the scheduled date and time of the beginning of the bidding event without the written consent of the Starkville Main Street Association. Within the limitations of Mississippi State Purchasing Law, the Starkville Main Street Association reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Starkville Main Street Association.
The bid opening will be held at Starkville Main Street Association, 200 East Main Street, Starkville, MS. Interested persons are invited to attend.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled date and time of opening of bids without written consent of the Starkville Main Street Association. The Starkville Main Street Association reserves the right, within the limitations of state law, to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Starkville Main Street Association.
