SEALED BIDS FOR ELECTRIC LINE RIGHT-OF-WAY CLEARING SERVICES will be received by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Leland at the Leland City Hall located at 206 North Broad Street, Leland, Mississippi 38756 until 2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday the 5th Day of September, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and read.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Specifications and bidding documents may be examined at the office of the Commission at the address stated above or are available via digital copy. Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.atwellandgentprojects.com. Bid documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. SUBMITTAL OF SEALED BIDS: Each bid must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.

SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Electronic bids may be submitted through the website www.atwellandgentprojects.com. Electronic bids are not required by the City of Leland but offered as another means to submit a bid.

The Mayor and City Council of the City of Leland, Mississippi expressly reserve the right to reject any or all bids submitted and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.

No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
